Greg Martin, EdD to Join M&D as Senior Organizational Effectiveness Strategist

Mission & Data is delighted to announce that Dr. Greg Martin will join the firm this summer as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Strategist. Greg brings extensive experience as an independent school leader, most recently at Vermont Academy, where he has served as Director of Strategic Initiatives, Dean of Faculty, Humanities Chair, and Professional Development Coordinator. He is a sought-after expert on faculty staffing models, whose doctoral research examined the viability of the traditional triple-threat model of teaching, coaching, and dorm parenting in American boarding schools.
