Leanne Johnston joined Mission & Data as Executive Assistant in July of 2026. With over 10 years of experience across communications, operations, and executive support, Leanne is passionate about creating clarity out of chaos.
Leanne has spent her career supporting founders, CEOs, and ministry leaders across faith-based organizations, small businesses, and nonprofits. Her work has spanned communications, operations, and multi-client project execution. That experience gives her the ability to bring order to complex, fast-moving work and she's excited to bring that same approach to Mission & Data's clients.
Leanne earned her BA in Religious Studies & Psychology from Southern Methodist University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master of Theology from SMU's Perkins School of Theology.
Leanne lives in Krum, Texas, with her husband, Jarrod, and their three children. When she's not working, you can find her biking, volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, and cheering for the marching band on Friday nights.
