Mission & Data is thrilled to welcome Shandor Simon to Mission & Data as an Affiliate Consultant, expanding our ability to help clients navigate the intersection of technology, data, and mission-driven decision making.

With over 30 years of experience in independent school technology, Shandor has led major initiatives in data governance, system optimization, cybersecurity, and computational thinking. He has served as Director of Technology at Beaver Country Day School, founded a K–12 computer science program at the Latin School of Chicago, and held leadership roles with organizations including ATLIS, CSTA, and CS4IL.

Recognized with the 2024 ATLIS Pillar Award, Shandor brings unparalleled expertise and a passion for mentoring emerging tech leaders. At Mission & Data, he will partner with clients to audit data practices, strengthen governance, and design scalable solutions that advance their mission.
